Great location, nice views!
Great place locationwise, about 12 mins walk to Path train Grove Station, right next to Liberty State Park, beautiful marina with yachts and views of the Statue of Liberty.
The building itself is relatively old and facilities are not brand new. There is a decent size gym, covered and uncovered parking. $550 annual fee for facilities usage and $150 set montly electric bill.
