Oriana

My experience at Oriana has been great so far. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but close to many restaurants and things to do. The building is beautiful and has a lot of luxury features for a relatively low price (for NYC). The management is very helpful and we haven't had any issues.

Good building

Good apartments, in need of some renovation. New ownership likely to upscale. Rents are very reasonable for manhattan. A two bedroom with dining room costs at least 20% more in most parts of new york city. Also includes a small gym on the second floor which is open to residents including rent.
