Experience

It is on and off. In certain situations, management is available in other situations they are not. My car had been towed in my own apartment and I had to pay 275 dollars to retrieve my own car for parking in my own apartment. My bike had been stolen, and my cleats had also been stolen in that apartment.

Love my place, not great management

I love our townhouse. It has great features and is well sized with a lot of storage and closet space. We don't have anyone on top or below us (they have other townhouse units that sit on top of flat apartments). However, our immediate adjacent neighbor is sketchy, and their neighbors on the other side have filed complaints.

Parking is ample and well lit.

As much as I love our place, management is awful. We had a mishap at move-in. Specifically, they messed up our move-in date in the system so the unit we were supposed to move into wasn't going to be ready, but we had already notified the complex we were in at the time. Thus, they had to reassign us (which was a pain because I had already set up electric and other utilities...I had to call and reswitch everything to the new, new place). The unit we moved into (which we currently live in) was NOT move in ready; it wasn't anywhere CLOSE to move-in ready. So, the first 2 weeks were spent with maintenance coming in and out trying to fix the glaring issues. Some of which, 11 months later, still haven't been fixed. They ended up discounting our rent, which they should have honestly, given the severity of the issues we had (e.g., we needed a new sliding back door because it was jimmy-rigged to stay closed but it was in fact broken, windows that wouldn't open and close properly, no washer and dryer upon move-in but were paid for). However, getting work orders taken care of during the tenure of our lease has been a hassle.

All in all, I would recommend it because of the location (right across from Morgan metro, a few blocks from FedEx field, near several shopping areas, 2 blocks from I-495) and the cost of the units for the amenities you get. However, you should be prepared for the management issues that come with living here.
