Nice location but poor management
Love the apartment space- overall great square footage, lots of storage space and nice open floor plan. Price is a little high but that's to be expected for the area. Management however is poor.

Great location but terrible management
Great location because you are close to everything you need and the metro. The management is terrible, unresponsive, and ignores all your concerns. Basically its the best place for your money, but if anything goes wrong don't expect it to be fixed immediately or for management to make an effort to resolve any of your problems. Luckily there is one girl who works at the front that actually cares and makes an effort. I wish she was the manager of the property.

Great place to live with excellent management
Excellent management, beautiful sunlit apartment, excellent location. Access easily to supermarkets, metro station, and several restaurants...any type of food you could want. Maintenance staff and management are very responsive to your needs, and helpful.
