Gated Community, Beautiful
I live in a Washington Loft unit. Beautiful setup. This is a gated community with a swimming pool, fitness center, and 5 story parking garage. I am a student at GW University and the commute isn't that bad. Its about a 35 minute drive for me to get to school in the morning. The apartment itself is new and super clean. Have not had any issues with needing repairs or maintenance or anything like that. Its good to have a car if you want to go around the area for food and shopping, not too much in walking distance. Very affordable (especially compared to living costs in DC).

Safe, Good Spot
Pretty good location. Definitely safe. Easy to get into and out of the District (DC). The surrounding area is very safe. Only thing is, there is not much social scene in the area - you really need to go into the city if you want to get any of the party or bar action. I love living in this apartment. Parking is easy, and the building management is always kind and helpful.

Extremely Happy
I moved into this apartment one year ago and I am very happy to be in this building. The rent is very affordable (especially compared to some of the properties in the surrounding areas). Not too far for a weekend trip to DC. And if you have a car, parking isn't an issue. Building managament is super helpful :)
