Good value for the money

This is not a new building but if you compare price rents in the area this may be the best option around.

It lacks a party/social room but the apartments have a decent square foot and good size storage.

It has a pool and a jacuzzi, not often seen in Seattle

Belltown is great

If you want to live in Seattle, Belltown is a great neighborhood. Location wise this apartment building is great, although the place is older than most of the other buildings they try to keep it well maintained. It's a great place to start. Totally recommendable!

Pretty Nice!

Totally recommend The Audrey if you're single or a couple. Great location and ok building, it's got a pool and jacuzzi, which is rare in Seattle plus a gym and community room. The rooftop has an awesome view and neighbors are ok. Belltown is a great neighborhood too!

There are better neighborhoods

The Audrey is ok, I believe they could do a lot more to create community engagement and improve social interaction. The neighborhood is ok, but there are cooler areas around Seattle for sure. It is a bit far from restaurants and bars, but super close to the pier and park.

Good location!

The audrey is in great neighborhood, great location. The building os old, but the management is always trying its best to keep it ok. The rent is high for what you get, but I'd suggest it as a good starting point if you're new to Seattle or it's your first time living on your own.

Audrey Belltown

Belltown is a good enough neighborhood if you're new to the city, otherwise it is too expensive. There might be better options once you're settled. The park and pier being so close are great perks. The Audrey is ok, but not great, I imagine there are better building in the area.

Audrey is Ok

If you want to find a good enough starting place when moving to Seattle for the first time, this is great option. Not as expensive as other buildings in the area, nice managers. The apartments are small and old though, so you will have the basics to live ok, but it's definitely not like all of the other fancy places in the area.

Audrey @ Belltown

Belltown is a great neighbohood, The Audrey @ Belltown is ok. The building is older compared to most of the other apartment complexes in the area, but it is ok. Very walkable neighborhood and good food and retail options. Not the best nightlife, but it is ok. The Audrey management is super friendly and very helpful.

Great Location, good choice for transplants

Great Location, good choice for transplants. We moved in because of the location, the place itself it's old and maintenance is ok. Price is a bit high for what we're getting, but the market is crazy right now, so it felt like the right choice. Good starting point!

We love the Audrey

They say it's all location, location, location and the Audrey has just that. It's right across from the Olympic Sculpture Park and therefore all the apartments that face the street have an amazing view of the Puget Sound. I love the feel of the audrey and how new and clean it feels. I've never felt unsafe coming home after dark and it is a 7 minute walk to Seattle Center. Overall, we love living here and will be sad to move away someday when we look to buy a house.
