Zaragon West
Fully furnished: includes TV, couch, 2 chairs, 2 high stools, bed, matress, bedroom furniture. This eliminated the hassle of having to move and/or buy furniture while all of the furniture is in premium condition.
Short, 7 minute walk to the business school
Washer and dryer included
Majority are graduate students and the residence is very quiet

Great location - Not a great price
The maintenance in the apartment is very good, it comes furnished and it is in a great location. However, it is pretty expensive.

Spacious rooms, great location, but issues with laundry
Moved into the place knowing none of my roommates but ended up having great roommates. Room is spacious, fully furnished, and easy to clean. Great location in town and responsive landlords. Only issue is that the laundry machines tend to have issues drying clothes.

Love Zaragon!
I've loved living in Zaragon so far. Having your own bathroom is wonderful, as well the added convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit. We have a beautiful view over Ann Arbor, are a quick ~9 minute walk to the Ross building, around the corner from Skeeps as well as Main Street, and very close to several restaurants (including a fantastic pizza place at the base of our building). The only downside is that there isn't much space for storage within the apartment, so you need to plan accordingly.
