Nothing to write home about

The apartment is clean and for the most part updated. We have had a lot of issues with plumbing, which sometimes are resolved quickly and other times not. For the most part maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The front office tends to be less helpful. There are a lot of homeless people who hang around and set up camp between the complex and the freeway barrier. Security of the property is great for the most part. We do have to pay for parking and there is very limited guest parking. Its also not terribly loud (unless you have windows open) even though the complex is between the I-15 and the train tracks.
