Too expensive, not real “luxury” as advertised
The rent recently went up $300 from our last price, and that doesn’t include any utilities. There’s very little parking, and it’s first come first serve. The flooring is poorly laid, the plumbing is also full of sand and inconsistent. You can’t opt out of any of the cable packages or valet trash, so you pay $145+ extra for things that you don’t want/need. Overall, the apartments are labelled “luxury” but that’s just because there’s stainless appliances and a quartz countertop, otherwise they’re very average. Too expensive for what you get.
