Worth it

The Wave is an excellent apartment to call home. The management is kind and responsive, the location is convenient, and the building is new. Amenities including a gym, roof top rooms and decks with great views of the city, and a movie theater room are just a few of the items included in your rent. Worth checking out!

Gorgeous units and nice amenities

Really nice bright apartments with floor to ceiling windows and spacious floor plans. Beautiful amenities and a cool view of the Seahawks stadium. Fun atmosphere and good management. Dog friendly. Cool neighborhood though there's still an unsavory element. Good access to transit.

Stunning, well-managed property

Beautiful units with nice finishings and views. Pet-friendly and really excellent management and maintenance teams. Beautiful rooftop lounges available for reservation by tenants. Parking is very expensive and limited. Neighborhood is growing and has a lot of great shops, restaurants, etc. Close to transit to airport!

The Wave

If you're a Seahawks or Sounders fan, then this is the place for you. Lots of activities on game days, the community centers are packed with residence and guests, they do limit the number of guests in communal areas on game days, which can be a good or a bad thing. Parking is too expensive, a little bit of a pain on game days, but you can't do anything about it, its all about location location location. I would consider our building an adult dorm, always something going on somewhere and for the most part the people are very friendly and inviting. But recently the building has raised the rent on tenants when it came time for resigning which has forced a few good people out of the building to make room for the deep pockets of the tech industry. Overall its a fun building, great location and the views are great from the roof.
