Great Deal!

Love living close to Manhattan at a fraction of cost of other boroughs. Building is clean, well kept, and has a friendly staff! My apartment is huge for NYC! LOTS of closet space, high ceilings and great natural light! Love that there is laundry on premises as well!

great rooftop

this is hands down the best rooftop downtown. best view without any close competition. its also got high ceilings in all of the apartments, a gym and lounge included, yoga studio for residents, and very large windows allowing for alot of natural light.

My lil home

Cozy and comfy. My building is very quiet. People are friendly. We have a laundry room on facility. The building is kept pretty clean. Sometimes if i need something fixed or anything I can send the super intendent a message and he tends to be punctual handling the situation. He lives in the building which makes it convenient. Apt is located right by the ferry which is what I use to travel to work into the city. Very convenient.
