CityView

CityView has been a great and comfortable place to live while in school. The floorplans are comfortable and I usually do not hear neighbors. Management is responsive to service requests. The train is loud throughout the day, late at night, and early in the morning.

I have so far had a great experience at CityView. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are great.

1. Layout of each apartment is nice.
2. Amenities are great. Includes, pool, plenty of free parking, and a very nice gym with everything that you need.
3. Amazon locker mailroom is very easy to use and ensures the safety of you packages.
4. Maintenance staff is very nice and quick to respond.
5. Each Elon law student receives a 5% discount which is great.
6. My only complaint is the leasing office employees. To put it simply, they are incompetent. Renewing your lease will be a hassle because they do not know how to do basic math to compute your total rental value.
7. Plenty of areas to walk your dog and they even have a fenced area. Plus, many residents have dogs, so you pet will have plenty of new friends to make.
8. The walk to the law school is not bad at all, just beware of the route that you take.

The main selling point of this apartment is that it is very walkable for downtown and I walk to the school every day (10-15min). I have two cats and myself and it’s a good size for one person and has a balcony (something I check for in every apartment I rent). Drawback is that in-unit washer/dryer are not included and must be rented separately if you want them but I included that in my overall price. There can also be issues with the elevator working but that might just be my building. Overall the property is clean and safe
