Not too bad
The people who manage the property are super nice. There are several police officers who live in the complex which makes it feel safer. The communication in what floor my apartment would be on was not the best, especially coming out of state. Maintenance requests also take a long time and often are not really fixed. However, the laundry facilities are great and packages get delivered straight to your door! There are also wonderful walking trails right next to the property, and it is really quiet which is good for a student!
