Bluffview is the perfect neighborhood for SMU students and Dallas professionals to find comfort outside campus/city life. Complex backs up against Bachman Lake and has trail access. Lots of restaurants and stores. Close to DAL airport. 10-15 to SMU and the fancy shops over there.
