Biggest cons:
Close to Franklin Street but approx 2.5 miles to Kenan-Flagler
Just over 10 minutes door to door when going to class
Not a party neighborhood

It's being cool, 15 minutes walk to Franklin street. When driving, it is about 10-15 minutes to the Business School. There is also a nearby bus-stop.

Mill Creek Condominiums

Close to Franklin Street and the public bus. Parking can be a bit inconvenient, but always available. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores are nearby, but not walking distance.
