Victorian Village is located near west of Downtown Columbus that leaves residents with an urban setting. Columbus Monthly named this neighborhood the top place to live for Arts and Entertainment, with Short North being right around the corner, it is known to be the neighborhood hangout spot. A good spot to check out is Goodale Park, often referred to as the hub of Victorian Village. This Park now acts as the host for ComFest, a major annual festival. In Victorian Village, people love to get outdoors to walk along the nationally registered historic homes where they annually hold tours to check out the homes and gardens. A number of bars and restaurants can be found along the eastern boundary on North High Street where nightlife and dining are popular to residents.

Victorian village is close to just about anything you would ever need! Short north, downtown, grandview, upper arlington, and highways are all under ten mins away! Victorian village is also pretty safe. I never go walking by myself at night anywhere, but I've always felt safe walking in a group back home.

Close to campus, some nice neighborhood design/architecture and holiday decor, feels safe to walk around at night or run in the morning, just a bit loud on game days especially or on weekends closer to the Short North.
