Northwest Gainesville boasts a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and is home to many professional Gainesville residents and Professors from the University of Florida. NW Gainesville is also home to Santa Fe College and its students.

This area of Gainesville is well-known for its preserved natural areas, and residents can often be found enjoying the weather, hiking at Devil’s Millhopper State Park, exploring Loblolly Woods Nature Park, or visiting one of the many parks and playgrounds in the area.

Northwest Gainesville is also home to local attractions and restaurants. Santa Fe College houses the SF Teaching Zoo and the SF Planetarium, both unique attractions to the area, and Flying Biscuit Cafe, Adam’s Ribs, and Satchels Pizza are all local restaurant options NW Gainesville has to offer!

The neighborhood is not fancy, but overall feels safe. There are a lot of stores and restaurants close by and it's only an 8-minute drive to the law school.

Park Avenue Apartments
The neighborhood is mostly quiet and low key. A Publix is right outside the gate, and it is only 15 minutes from school. The one detractor is that it is relatively far from downtown Gainesville, so it takes a bit more effort to go out.
