Management is always putting on events and it is a very interactive community. You can tell they really care about making this a home instead of just somewhere that collects money. I am so close to all of the Butler Plaza stores that I could walk if I so choose. Right across the street are beautiful nature trails and you see the most gorgeous sunsets. To get to the law school it only takes me five minutes. I am also about five-ten minutes from the highway. Love this location.

The Wynwood
Neighborhood is very safe. It is on the west side of campus so close to the law school and steps away from Route 5 transit and a Publix. Very little nightlife and none within walking distance.

The neighborhood is quiet. The community is gated. Although management has recently had trouble with a broken part on one of the gates, it doesn’t take away from the security of the complex. There is a sheriff on-site at all times.
