The neighborhood is also peaceful. You have walmart, winn dixie and publix in a walking distance. Fast food restaurants and cinemas are also available in the locality. Its right next to the Hyde Park Village and Soho which are the most happening places in South Tampa.

The neighbors are families and young people with some students. The security is low. Bikes get stolen, people park in Post Hyde park because the gate for cars is open almost day and night which invites people to park for free. Barely parking space available because of that but if you pay you get designated spot. This problem is obviously made because if you are annoyed by searching a parking spot because they are taking by visitors that party in soho then you just pay for you own spot.
