Great for the money
ASL is very expensive, but it's 100% worth it.
We have no problems with noise. You can hear the trains going on the green line, but only faintly. The walls are thick enough that I can never hear my neighbors at all, which is great.
The hallways are clean and all the common areas are well cared for. We always get an email notification when anything is being worked on or if there are outages too. There are video cameras in every common area: pool, hallways, garden, gym, package room, etc.
Pricey but all inclusive
I love living in Arrive. The location is amazing since you essentially live directly next to the medical campus. As well, the rent includes gym and pool access, courtyard access, upgraded luxury delivery system, a study lounge area with computers, and floor access to a 7/11 below you. Management also is quite responsive and maintenance has fixed issues with no problem. It is pricey because of this but I think it's worth it for all these amenities plus the location. The one downside is the door people don't check IDs for people going on the elevators, so from a safety standpoint that's not ideal.
Arrive
Nice building with great amenities
Good Amenities
Nice apartment. The selling point is really the amenities and the proximity to campus.
Arrive streeterville
Overall great apartment complex but rent is a little high.
It's Fine!
Overall I have had a very positive experience living here. It's generally pretty quiet, safe, and very easy to get to and from school or any of the hospitals. Laundry is on the 2nd floor, but I have had no real troubles with it, it just gets a little busy on Sunday afternoons. Cooling and heating are turned on at appropriate times during the year, and the apartments themselves actually have a lot of space. My least favorite thing is how small the kitchen is. If you live on a lower floor you can hear dogs barking every once and a while out on the dog run, but you also get to watch the dogs play with each other which makes up for it. It is also quite expensive and almost all our utilities are not included in rent. They aren't very expensive themselves and we were able to get a reduced price on our internet so its not bad. Just important to be aware of what costs are coming from where. There is a package service and amazon lockers so having anything delivered is a breeze. Front desk people are nice.
Arrive Streeterville 2 bed/2bath
The convenience of living so close to campus and with a great gym (and other amenities) is really helpful.
Very close to SMU, nicer than the Village apartments.
Very close to SMU, nicer than the Village apartments.
Apartment review
I like the spacious units with the complex being relatively quiet in a great area to walk or drive to destinations.
Review
Spacious Apartment, officially 5 people on lease. 15 minutes walking distance from Campus.
Amazing location
Friendly and intimate, all-inclusive, great layout, community bonding events are great
Excellent apartment for SMU students
Very nice apartment: good amenities, friendly staff, convenient location (20 minute walk to campus and 10 minute walk to East campus), and easy shopping nearby.
Arrive
Arrive is a great place to live. It is a 5 minute walk from the school.
Great location!
The best perk of this apartment is the location. It takes me about 6 minutes to get to school (normal pace). During 1L, we had several 9am classes so living nearby the school helped with my sleeping schedule. One downside of the apartment is that the concierge wasn't as friendly as they were during the tour. Some interactions with the concierge is not friendly. It's hard to pick up packages in the late afternoon/after classes because the concierge is absent without notice. The apartment unit itself is very nice though. Great space and good views!
Great Place to Live Overall.
Love the space; plenty of room, tons of storage, walls are thick and neighbors are quiet. Management is overloaded thus somewhat unresponsive to issues; the coffee machine on the 6th is often out of order for weeks at a time, and I have not gotten a mailbox key despite living there for 3 months. But, so long as there are not issues, it's a perfect place to live. Also a 5 minute walk from the law school and I feel very safe!!
