Location is just about all this place has going for it
- Cockroaches
- Floods
- Excessive maintenance requests
- Several months a year of insane $400-550+ power bills
- Lack of amenities due to back to back to back construction
- and a 4+% rent increase
Beltine and Ponce City Market location
The location is spot on 15 min away from school, walking distance to beltline and ponce, also close to downtown ATL.
Very Affordable and good location
Approximately 13 minutes from campus depending on traffic. Right beside a Kroger and Target, and is right beside the Lindbergh MARTA station. Easy to get downtown by train and is also on a MARTA bus line that goes straight to the law school. I live with a roommate in a 2B/2BR so my total rent is $990/month.
Good building w/ good maintenance but management is not very responsive.
The building is great with nice amenities and a good maintenance team. My only gripe with the building is that there is no dedicated management team to help renters with any problems they have with the building - it is all through the leasing team who have other priorities. There needs to be at least one building manager on-site to take care of problems and help residents schedule the moving elevator, etc.
Good location, Some Updates Needed
Good location and management, but some quality issues within unit.
Amazing
I love this apartment and the amenities.
Great apartment in an excellent location
I really enjoy living at AMLI. The location is outstanding—only a couple blocks away from the Katy Trail and super close to Whole Foods and lots of good restaurants and bars (e.g., Las Palmas, Bowen House, S & D Oyster Co.). It's pretty hard to beat this location because I can walk to plenty of places instead of having to rely on a car all the time.
My one-bedroom apartment is nice, spacious, and well-lit. Every apartment has faux-hardwood floors, nice appliances, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and in the living room. The apartment feels clean and new, with some nice updated touches throughout. The only downside at all is that the AC is kind of loud when it's running. (It's central air, but the venting makes a bit of noise. Nothing terrible though.)
Because the apartment complex is only four floors, it feels small enough to be manageable, but you can also feel somewhat anonymous if you'd like since you won't run into the same people every day. The elevators work consistently and are fairly quick. There is free underground parking that only residents can access (though you can also pay a small fee for a specific reserved spot—isn't really necessary though).
The management is helpful and responsive. Typical maintenance requests will be completed within 48 hours. I have had very few issues, but they helped me address a couple minor things after I moved in. The common areas are regularly cleaned, and there is a security company that will respond to your concerns (though I haven't needed to use them).
The gym is nice, updated, and has plenty of equipment. It's rarely packed, so you can typically take advantage of whatever you'd like. The pool isn't a full swimming pool—it's more like a water feature you can lounge in. (There are lounge chairs in the pool and surrounding it.) There is a pet park area where you can walk your dog as well. Lots of people in the complex have pets, but I don't hear noise from dogs barking, etc.
The apartment complex uses LuxerOne, which is a package locker service. Basically, if Amazon/UPS/FedEx deliver a package, they will place it in a locker for you in the lobby. You'll receive a phone notification and then you can go pick it up whenever you're able. It's really convenient and works incredibly well about 99% of the time, unless you get an Amazon delivery person who can't figure out how to use it and who then decides to just leave your package on the floor of the lobby. All in all, it's still a great way to ensure your packages are safe and makes it easy to pick them up.
Overall, I really enjoy living at AMLI. It is not inexpensive, but it's also not among the more expensive apartments in the area (like the Taylor, for example). The main drawbacks are: price, occasional street/ambient noise (the complex is under the flightpath for Love Field, so certain times of day you'll hear or see planes landing), and lack of direct/private access to Katy Trail (but it's still so close that it really isn't an issue). Ultimately, it's hard to beat the combination of its amazing walkable location, great rooms, new amenities, and feeling of security. I definitely recommend it.
Really great!
Apartment is very well managed. People are so nice and the individual building is so clean! They do a great job. When I moved in everyone was very helpful- I had a few issues in move in but they came and helped me fix everything within a few days. Love that parking is included and the gym is beautiful. There is a lot of dog poop all over the sidewalk like the rest of Miami- something that they are trying to incentive change there.
AMLI Dadeland
The experience has been good! There has been little hiccups and the gym, lounge, and pool facilities are always clean and upkept!
A bit pricey but very safe and nice
Pros: safe neighborhood, brand new building, clean, super close to school
Cons: pricey
Excellent
Very nice apartment, quiet neighborhood, spacious, nice amenities
Very good apartment
AMLI Dadeland is a great place to live for a several reasons. The amenities and location are great, as the apartment has a pool, gym, and bowling alley, while also being located right next to the Dadeland Mall. The price isn’t too bad relative to the area, and the metrorail isn’t too far away either.
Good for the price
A little expensive, but includes a lot of nice amenities like a gym, pool, and resident lounges. Close to campus and situated in a safe area. Right across the street from Dadeland Mall.
Great amenities, VERY close to the hospital
The apartment is nice, the pool is nice, the gym is ok, being this close the hospital is everything.
Amli O4W
Outstanding - quickly responds to service requests / prime location on ATL Beltline / free parking / great floor plan and good amenities
This is a great place to live to be connected to social aspects of Atlanta community. Many great bars and restaurants nearby. Not super close to campus (15 minute drive)
