Great amenities, VERY close to the hospital
The apartment is nice, the pool is nice, the gym is ok, being this close the hospital is everything.

AMLI (from the perspective of an MS3)
Amli has been a great place to live with multiple amenities like a swimming pool, conference room, media center, gym, etc. One of the main things that I dislike about Amli is the price of rent. Unfortunately, most apartments in the area cost the same amount and Amli is the one that made the most sense since it was right across the hospital.

Totally worth it
AMLI is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Because of this, the apartment was very expensive, but it was 7 minutes to the med center, door-to-door, which made it very worth it my third year. The team is very nice and responsive and the apartment is well built with excellent sound proofing.

Very quiet condo complex in a great area of town. 1 mile to the beach.

Overpriced but great location from UCIMC
Overall decent experience living here at Amli. Pros include the fantastic location adjacent to UCIMC and high quality (new) facilities when I moved in, maintenance is also strong. Cons include ridiculous cost, bs management (everyone except Jessica king is basically useless), random fees that they don't mention (e.g. $4.95 to deliver their bill every month), emphasis on the wrong things (slow "green" shower pressure -> long showers/time wasted), loud/noisy pets, etc.
