Amli O4W

Outstanding - quickly responds to service requests / prime location on ATL Beltline / free parking / great floor plan and good amenities

This is a great place to live to be connected to social aspects of Atlanta community. Many great bars and restaurants nearby. Not super close to campus (15 minute drive)

Lots of space, responsive management

Best parts of AMLI are bang for buck and the responsiveness of the management. Definitely was the most amt of square footage per dollar of the all the complexes in O4W. Also, the management has been extremely responsive to maintenance requests, usually getting here in 24 hours or less.

Of the new complexes that popped up in O4W, AMLI O4W was one of the first, so compared to the other complexes, some might find the finishing and appliances a little outdated, but everything works well and it's overall great quality.

Very convenient location in the city. We are right across the street from Ponce City Market. Lots of fun things around our apartment. Easy access to midtown. 15 mins drive to school and almost never any traffic (no need to get on the highway)

Great place to live

I have had over a year of great experiences here. It’s so close to such a cool area of tow , next to a park, the belt line and so many restaurant choices. Definitely my favorite area of Atlanta. They are always quick to respond and have treated me well. Rent is high but has been worth it for me.

Location Location Location

Awesome location near the Beltline and Ponce City Market on Old 4th Ward Park. It's a popular area so it is expensive, but the building is good and haven't had any problems with management.

AMLI

Great location across the street from Ponce City Market and right on the Beltline. Apartment was very clean and grounds are well maintained. The staff is very friendly here and responsive by email (I never call but I'm sure they'd answer the phone consistently). The gym is ok and the pool is standard for an apartment in this price range. The best perk is the package management system. Maintenance has always been prompt and there is an online rent pay system. You also have valet trash but its a mandatory $30 for that.

Amli is nice, location is amazing

The biggest thing this complex has going for them is the location. Old Fourth Ward Historic park is steps away from our apartment, perfect for the dogs. The people in the office are pretty nice, and try to get to know you personally. The inside of the apartments get worn out quickly- it is all builder's grade cabinets, tiles pop off, and there are some sticker-type hardwood floors that peel. But maintenance is pretty fast, so that makes me feel better about the other issues. Security is also top-notch. I feel safe walking around at night, getting packages sent to the apt, and leaving my car (which goes in a garage). All in all, it is a good place to live.

Location, Location, Location

We were fortunate to snag a top floor, corner balcony facing Ponce City Market. Floor to ceiling windows with the view is everything. Had a few issues (door knob loose, toilet continually running...) but they were fixed by management ASAP. A day or two max. Complex is right next to the Historic 4th Ward Park with easy access to the Beltline. Have not heard of cars being broken into when parked inside the gated deck or apartments being robbed, but the surrounding area (Old Fourth Ward) is pretty crime ridden in terms of car break-ins. The area is exceptionally walkable, but I am wary when it's dark. Other than that we love living here!

"Great Location"

AMLI Old Fourth Ward is in a great neighborhood. Steps from new Ponce City Market and the Beltline, my wife and I can walk to restaurants and shops with ease! The folks in the leasing office are friendly and we have not had any issues with the amenities.

Living next to Ponce City Market is a huge bonus! Great place for shopping and buying gifts but also for quick delish dinners. Many other great restaurants are within walking distance on the beltline and surrounding. OFW is also very close to Inman Park where a lot of the restaurants are located. It is also a short 20 minute walk to Krog Street Market which is similar to Ponce City Market and has a lot of good food stands and restaurants.
Up and coming neighborhood that’s very walkable. Very fun to walk in the neighborhoods and see cute 100 year old houses next to modern construction. Close to all the hospitals.
The best neighborhood in Atlanta. Feels safer than midtown. Feels quiet. Very walkable with a ton of bars and restaurants.
A neighborhood that's constantly growing. The park is a jewel -- there's places to go for runs, peaceful runs, and to play with pets. It's at the heart of the beltline with Ponce City Market on one side, Krog Street Market on the other, and new places like Common Grounds and New Realm in the middle. You won't have high-rises here like in Midtown, but you'll have the space to move around and have a lot of great neighborhood places to hang out.
Old Fourth Ward is awesome - it has an urban feel and hasn't been entirely gentrified, which I like, and they've done a good job of taking some of the older buildings and repurposing them to keep some of the soul of the place. I fear they're going to go too far with it, but for now, it's awesome. So close to restaurants, bars, shopping, parks, basically everything you could think of. That said, you do have to be careful at night - we've had some crime in the neighborhood, but as long as you're mindful, you should be OK.
Ponce City Market, plenty of places to eat, several parks and the Beltline and all in this neighborhood. The downside is that LOTS of festivals and event are held in the area so roads will close and there is a ton of noise and foot traffic when it happens.
I love it here - lots of bars and restaurants, the BeltLine is right here, and it's very walkable. It's also between the hospitals - Grady and Midtown are a 5-10 min drive, and Emory and the VA are more like 20-30.
Such a great neighborhood for young students and families. There are great restaurants and opportunities to socialize (while socially-distancing!)
