Plenty of space, relatively quiet.

While it's certainly not a "fancy" place to live, this apartment is perfect for the price. There's more than enough space, and it has both a patio and a sunroom. There's also a place to wash and vacuum your car, a bark park, and a walking trail nearby. I would say that the walls are semi-thin. I can hear my neighbors upstairs, but its not loud enough to wake me up when I'm sleeping. The airport is very close, and the planes fly overhead at least five times a day, but if you were sleeping, it wouldn't wake you up. The front door isn't sealed that well, so you will get some bugs on occasion, but maintenance responds quickly. Also, my particular unit did not come with a microwave, though some units do have them. Overall, the best way to sum up this place is that it becomes much more impressive when you tell people how much you pay for it.
