Pretty Good
You have to go in person if you need something from the leasing office. However, once you actually live there, the maintenance guys are super prompt and helpful. The amenities are really nice, and they are pretty lax on their pet polices. The office up front has snacks, drinks, and coffee, which are all easy to grab and go. They are also really trying to up the area around it, so lots of new restaurants and bars are coming. Plus, you are in the same parking lot as a Harris Teeter, so that is really convenient.

Amazing place to live!!
This community truly is a community. The neighbors are so welcoming and kind, the gates offer an extra layer of security, maintenance/management is timely with responses and everything you need is right here. Just outside the gates is Harris Teeter, multiple restaurants and shops that you could possibly need every day! I absolutely love living here, I feel safe everyday, and couldn’t be more happy I chose to live here!
