High Ceilings nice area

Though it is small, the ceilings make it look much more spacious than it is. The board is constantly trying to fix things around here and make it a better living space. The location is perfect, everything is walk-able or bike-able at the leaf. It is gated here as well, which makes me feel safe.

Old City Reviews

We love our neighborhood. I think being north of Market street is a most in old city. We are on a quiet cobblestone street away from the noise and rowdiness of market street. We have great artisan shops and restaurants around us and a perfect local coffee shop just outside our door. I love our area and encourage friends who live in Rittenhouse or grad hospital to walk the extra blocks on a nice Saturday to shop local and enjoy this great side of the city.
Living in Old City has been great - it's a really convenient location, close to public transit, and feels much safer than other places in Philadelphia. Lots of greats bars and restaurants nearby. That said, the rent is pretty expensive so it might be a wider idea to purchase rather than rent.
Old City has revitalized like no other: great for couples, singles, young families and working professionals. Endless shopping and dining and safe to boot! I have never loved a neighborhood so much.
Old City is a neighborhood where all ages can find something to do and enjoy. It's generally a very safe area with lots of beautiful things to see.
Can be a bit tourist-filled at times, but there is always something to do!
Living in Old City is great. There are great bars and restaurants all over. The history of the city is all over and it is a true taste of America. On the down side, there can be excess noise at night which takes some getting used to.
I love Old City. The shops, art museums and restaurants are fantastic. There are a lot of tourists on the weekends that clog up the sidewalks but other than that, there are really no drawbacks to this part of town.
Not right where the bars but tons of restaurants and quieter and safer. Plus close tot he Benjamin Franklin bridge for running
