Used to be better

This building was beautiful and the people were nice, working professionals. Now the management seems to have started lowering their standards. There's vandalism -- doors being broken, graffiti -- and people who don't even live in the building keep gaining access to the gated garage. So much for safety! Once someone even smeared poop all over the floor of the ONLY working elevator. That's right -- the elevators keep getting vandalized, putting them out of service. Jerks set off fire alarms in the middle of the night. And people are just plain rude now. I can't wait to move. I miss the way this place used to be!

It is far from the beach craziness, but not the far suburbs. Not many dining options but quiet once you're a few blocks away from 8th street. Excellent police presence.
