Great Price for the Area
The parking situation can be better as I only have one spot for me and it's so small I often park in the guest area since my two neighbors take up the whole space. Still, no one bothers me and it's a clean area near the mall and us1/826. It is a studio apartment but for the area it is not bad. Most of the new buildings are high rises and I called around and the 1/1's start at 1300. I get all of the benefits of the area at 500 less.
