Great neighborhood and commute, not too far from school

I enjoy living in LIC, because it's a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city without comprising my commute. It only takes me 20 mins to get to school by subway, and the neighborhood is lively and getting more developed everyday.

Interesting neighborhood - lots of new construction and new bars and restaurants spring up all the time. Could use more food shopping options and a drug store though.

Transport links are second to none, you can be in Midtown in less than 10 minutes and it's easy to get to just about every part of Manhattan.

The building is in an excellent area. Right on the water, easy walk to multiple bars and restaurants. It is also a five minute walk to the 7 subway line.

Very safe and clean, many luxury buildings with young professionals and young families. Great views of Manhattan. Very residential - not many fast casual spots or stores, but there are good restaurants.
