Ideal for the price

I pay $655/month plus about $50 for internet and electric. It's close to the bus and the neighbors are quiet. I don't expect any amenities or a great space for what I'm paying, saving money is far more important for me and most grad students.

Solid bargain

It's a little shabby around the edges, but the location at the edge of Kerrytown and price are perfect for a graduate student. Easy 5-15 min walk to Hospital, State st stores, and Main Street. 5 min walk from Kerrytown. Parking lot in the back is nice, with some guest parking, but not covered and only 1 spot per unit (regardless of 1 or 2 bedroom). Interiors are "80s" and perhaps a little small, but cozy. The landlord is reasonable and responsive. Gas and heating included in rent, but pay for your own electric and cable/internet. Noise from Fuller road and occasional train or helicopter aren't too bad, but noticeable.

Spacious 2br apt with 5min walk to med school/hospital. Parking is available.
