Great location and responsive management, but a little outdated
Location and proximity to Ross make this a GREAT option, but value in terms of the actual apartments is a little lower than I would like. The apartments come furnished and with parking, which is nice, but they could use a little updating and would also benefit from more storage space. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to live here for 2 years as the apartment is more than good enough and the convenience is unbeatable (especially during the winter and recruiting season). The landlords are very responsive (sometimes a little too involved), and generally look out for their tenants a lot, e.g. checking on your apartment over break if you're going to be gone.

Management does not seem very interested in addressing concerns. Very passive aggressive.

Wouldn't Recommend This Apt
After living here for 2 years, I would not recommend this apartment building to any incoming students.
Cons: Dealing/communicating with this management company is always a challenge. I rarely get a straight answer from them and they hardly schedule a time to come over when issues come up. Many of the repairs are done by the management company versus certified professionals.
Pros: It's close to Ross and the law school.
