Awesome price, a little far from the metro
Super cheap for being on the silver line ($800/person) and a short drive to work too, just not many other ADPs or nightlife in the immediate neighborhood.

If you are willing to compromise to be a little farther out but still in walking distance to the metro, this is a great value for your money. All apartments have recently been renovated.

Need longer office hours
The building is really clean and convenient to the metro and seven corners. Plus it's fairly affordable and the small gym and pool/hot tub are great. My biggest issue with this place is that they never have enough people running the office. The office hours make it impossible for me (working full time and a student) to EVER be able to make it home in time to pick up a package or discuss something with them. Honestly, if they had longer office hours I would probably love this place.

Great Value with Metro Access
Great apartment if you are looking for a pet friendly and affordable renting situation with close access to the orange line.
The building amenities come with access to a large pool and hot tub with recently upgraded patio furniture. Pool is large with 9 foot deep end. The pet fee is $50/month however, parking is included with rent which is great. Recently included is a small dog park in the back of the building.
