Kind of a Pain in the Butt
The parking situation is bad but is made even worse by the hoops the management company makes residents jump through. If you can't get a spot near your door, you have to walk - no problem, right? Well they've made everyone register their cars with VIN numbers and only allow you a certain amount of visitor passes a month and then require you to pay to have visitors park. It's clearly ridiculous and helps no one. It's a great location, but the website is misleading showing only pictures of the even more expensive apartments with nicer kitchens - not the majority of their units.

Great location
We moved in July. The area is growing with lots to do in just walking distance. The apartments are quiet and the people who live here are nice and considerate of others. The gym is nice but could be updated. Love have the two pools so that you can separate yourself from kids playing in the pool.

Quiet and Friendly Community
I've lived in the community for 3 years and have had a great experience. 5 minutes from the Shady grove metro, walking distance to the new Downtown Crown community with shopping, dining, and great social activities. Very dog friendly, with a nice sized dog run and a great community dog park within walking distance.
