Great place
La Reine has amazing communicative management. We haven't had any real maintenance concerns but they always respond very quickly. It is an older building so heat comes from a radiator and we have window AC units, but they do the job fine. The price is great. 15 minute walk from the Friendship Heights station - a little out of the way, but not unmanageable. The residents are quiet and skew on the older side.

Quiet building w/ just the right amount of things to do nearby
I moved here due to proximity to my employer. There isn't a whole lot of communication between renters, but there's a small gym and my unit has a washer/dryer combo (which is meh, but can get the job done). The rent is a bit high given the area, but it suits me pretty well.
