Great location but pricey
Great place! Nice community. Very pet friendly with nice footpaths. It is on the memorial trail, so it is a great location for runners and bikers. You can walk to a grocery store and most other conveniences, which is very nice. Overall, great location, but still high priced.

Dirty
Extremely dirty community, inside and outside. Management is irresponsible and not helpful, trying to provide as low service as possible for as high as possible price. The garbage they pick up from your door and only in designated time which is very inconvenience and not available on weekends and holidays, but charge $35 for that. An ink in a printer wasn't replaced for months, but they claim to provide you this service.
The only one good thing about community is a location: next to green sunny park
