Pretty Good
Overall, great amentiies, clean and spacious. There are a few examples though where Gables cares more about appearance than delivery and resident experience - the walls are pretty thin for example. The parking situation is not good. A guest pass can only be requested during office hours and several of my neighbors have had their cars towed due to misunderstandings.... without being reimbursed. I've heard that some buildings are louder and more social than others; my experience has been fine. It is a good value, with lots of nice touches, and worth the rental price. Great access to 270, 355 and not too far from King Farm or Fallsgrove.

Not the best in the area
There are other options in the area I would recommend. Not bad for the pricing. Apartments are new, walls are paper thin, though. Decent amenities - safe environment, ample parking. Right near 270 so there can be a lot of road noise. I will search else-where.
