Satisfied

It has been okay. Very quiet but sometimes there are critters and the parking garage is very small so it’s kinda scary driving in. Otherwise the building is great.

Great Value

My apartment is clean, with new appliances and hardwood floors. The building is quiet, all residents are super nice, management is on site and there’s 24hr security. On site parking is available for $75/month, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Less than 15 min to campus and 20 minutes to the city.

Nice place

Nice management, I really like my place. I had a pest problem and the exterminator came that week and twice after. No pests seen in weeks since. 24hr security, parking available for a reasonable fee, water is a flat rate, internet is up to you.

Close and Cheap

Park Heights has been a decent place to live this year. It is close to campus (~3 min drive, 10 min walk), and is very cheap, at least for a 3 bedroom. Obviously at this price, the quality of the apartment and amenities isn't fantastic, but it's also not terrible. The floor space of our apartment is pretty large, especially the living room. Management and maintenance have been very responsive to us and overall good. Complaints I have would be that the heat is centrally controlled so it can get hot sometimes, there aren't really any guest parking spots, and laundry is expensive ($4.50/load). The parking garage is old and has very tight spaces, but there are plenty of spots available and it's very secure.

Some initial problems

There was some initial cabinet pest problems that took a while to get rid off but The management was pretty responsive in fixing our problems.

Park Heights

I have enjoyed living at my Park Heights Apartment. It is a bit far from campus, however, and most utilities are not included. On the other hand, it is pet friendly and in a convenient and friendly location within walking distance of several SEPTA stops. It is also near a beautiful walking trail.
