It just works

I haven't had a single notable issue in my time here. The location makes the trek walkable in all but the worst weather - though it can be a bit cold. Having a grocery store directly on the walk home is also nice. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Incredibly quiet - great for students focused on their studies.

Exceptional if you can afford it

Amazing units with access to a gym, saltwater pool, and more. You can opt for attached parking to your own individual apartment. Huge windows and glass balconies.
