Coming from years in NYC, this is the most responsive and helpful buliding management company we've ever encountered. (The bar is...very low ahaha but still. What a relief.) We gladly signed for another year.

The rent goes up about $40/year (we spoke to others in the building who have been here longer than us to confirm). There are built-in bookshelves and a wide-open living room space. The bedrooms are comfortably sized and we double one of them as my fiancé's office, while mine is tucked away in the living room by the books. We have one cat and some plants on the back "patio" (it's not a patio lol).

We don't want to stay here forever -- we eventually want more room in the kitchen, and a dog, which aren't allowed unless they're certified -- but we're very content for now.

The biggest downside for us has been temperature control. There is no AC and the radiators are so so so hot in the winter, even with every window open.

I've lived here for three years and have really enjoyed just about everything. It is a spacious apartment with great windows. The price really cannot be beat for what we have. I live with three animals (1 dog, 2 cats) and I'd imagine they would also give the place a nice review, although I'm sure they wish it had a backyard. The communal laundry is the biggest drawback in my opinion. Wherever I move next will most certainly have a laundry machine in the unit.
