The View
This apartment has been great. It’s very clean, I’ve had no pest problems (I did in my last place), the renovated units are very nice, and the amenities are great. The area is very walkable and still close to school. However, it is pricy and I did increase my loan amount to live here.

Wonderful community, safe neighborhood (central west end by Washington University Medical Campus), 24 hour doorman, management responds quickly to issues, overall well-kept building, less than 10 minutes from SLU SOM

Great apartment!
This building is great. It's in an amazing location in the Central West End, and many of the units have balconies. The windows are large, and the floor plans are spacious. Management has been great, and I love the amenities. The gym isn't the biggest, but it is super convenient and has all of the basic equipment. The pool in the summer is a huge plus as well. While parking costs extra, the garage is heated in the winter and you get a reserved spot!

A More Budget- Friendly Option in CWE!
Super quiet building, great location (for restaurants/bars, Forest Park access, and 15 minutes from school)! Not as updated as other places BUT maintenance is always responsive and we’ve had no problems with safety (of neighborhood) or quality (of building/unit) concerns. A really great bargain in terms of rent paid to square footage, and staff are friendly. My partner and I split the rent, which includes garage parking and water + gas. Additional utilities average around $100/mo. total. Square footage of unit is 1050. Pet friendly! One drawback is the community is older in general, so maybe a little less social for people of a typical student age. There is a terrace pool though!
