Good location generally, poor management
The apartment itself is fine. It is some of the best bang for your buck in the central west end, and has a huge dog area--however, the management is not great.

Nice community
Pros:
Solid walls. Great noise isolation.
Good location, close to forest park; whole foods, restaurants, dry cleaners, UPS, etc. all within walking distance.
10 minutes walk to CWE light rail station (blue & red line), less than 10 minutes train ride to Big Bend/Law school.
Managers are professional and courteous. Maintainance is also responsive.
Very spacious units, with walk-in closets.
In-unit washer and dryer for all units.
Free gym, storage on site. Two small well-maintained parks in the community, including one dog park.
Pet friendly
Cons:
Amenities are a bit dated. But they are being refreshed in some high-priced units.
No real range hood in the kitchen.
Parking is outdoor and across the street.
No pool. The equipment in the gym is functional but dated.
