Great residential area with close proximity to everything!

Living just over the St. Mary's bridge, my walk to BU Law is no more then 10 minutes; and living directly in front of a Green C-Line T stop, I can get to the heart of downtown in about 15 minutes via public transportation. Living off of Beacon street provides a quiet residential lifestyle, which is ideal for getting studying done at home, but it is only a 10-15 minute walk to grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Star Market), drug stores (CVS and Walgreens), several different restaurants, and a fun social scene in the neighboring Fenway and Coolidge Corner communities. While it is on the pricier end of apartment rentals, the location, convenience, and amenities make the rental rates more than worth it.
