Quiet streets, great for taking a walk. Close to Roos Roast.
Incredibly safe and friendly.
You'll want a car if you live here, but it is a quick drive to places I use a ton like Target, Costco, Meijer.
Kid and pet friendly. Nice neighbors, not noisy at all.
Very safe, easy access to downtown/Ross, not much nightlife, good for kids
Quiet neighborhood.
Young Professionals, young families, and grad students seem to make up most of the residents. There are some events, but its not a highly social apartment complex. Lots of dog owners, so if you have a dog you'll certainly run into tons of folks walking dogs.
This is a very safe neighborhood and is located close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other things if you have a car. The bus stops just outside the complex.
