Great rent, great location. In unit laundry. Some weird language in the lease that took a fair amount of effort to work through, but worth it.

Apt Review
Management & maintenance are very responsive! Great price for an apartment in our area (5 min walk from Rittenhouse Square).

Apartment is great but experience with landlord is terrible. Slow to requests and generally unhelpful.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
Cons: Trader Joe's is the only real grocery store here and may have limited selection for those looking for a supermarket; not as quiet or "neighborhood-y" as other areas, as it is in the heart of downtown; there is a freight train that runs along the river that can be loud, though I got used to it quickly
