Good Property
Overall, I enjoy living in Southern Stove. The apartments are nice. The included cable and internet are a nice plus, though they only provide basic channels. All of the apartments are different, so there is a unique flair to each one. We have lived in two different apartments in the complex, and we enjoy it. The pest control is great, especially for an older building. The amenities - pool, hot tub, gym, club room, gated parking - are very nice. Only minor issues are some small maintenance issues which tend to be handled quickly. The price is a little high for my liking, but a good deal is included.
