House Living with Fellow MBA1s

Found a house with 5 other MBA1s who I hadn't met before living together. Rent is reasonable and 7 minute walk to Ross. Love the location. Have had a great experience with finding like-minded MBA1s that have fun on the weekends but focus on their career pursuits on the weekdays. Right balance between enjoyable and productive living situation.

super close to school. on campus and really convenient for someone like me who doesn't have a car (side note: there is a garage here and parking on the street is always available).
Very safe and secure neighborhood. There are a couple of frat houses across the street which get noisy only during the football games. Otherwise, excellent neighborhood and location.
It's a good location. It's about a 5 minute walk to Ross and a 10/15 walk Downtown. There are several take-out restaurants and bars in the area as well as a hardware store, so it's easy to run out and get things last-minute if needed. There are a fair number of undergrads/frats in the area and they can be noisy during weekend nights, but the building is positioned so that the noise is minimized.
The neighborhood is great. Though on game days it gets noisy due the the closeness of fraternities and sororities.
Close to campus easy to get to the big house too. 4min to class in morning can't be beat. Undergrads here but otherwise good
Few grocery stores, but very close to campus and Downtown
1. safe
2. many restaurants and convenient stores
All lot of undergraduates and house parties. I was okay with the noise but if you are sensitive, it might be an issue.
