909 Packard - MBA Legacy House
909 Packard house rents as two separate units (separate leases and space). Each unit has 6 bedrooms and is furnished. The house has a large semi-finished basement for storage, a detached two-car garage, and backyard parking for 6-8 cars. The house was built in 2007 so has a "new build" feel, and the maintenance company is responsive for repairs to both house and furnishing issues. House has central AC and heat (both included in rent). 7 minute walk to Ross, 10 minute walk to IM gym, 15-20 minute walk downtown.

Management/neighborhood are great
Management is extremely responsive to any and all house needs. Neighborhood is very safe and convenient location to Ross and easy walk to downtown, Big House and athletic arenas. Great house for roommates.
