Beautiful Apartments, Pricey.

I have loved living here so far, despite the high price per square foot. The amenities are amazing, have used the rooftop and gym the most but also spent time in the lounge and theater. Surprisingly quiet, never hear the neighbors. Parking is cheaper than many of the other new buildings.

Great location close to down town and new

It is a new building with a wonderful rooftop. Great place to live. Great location. Close to the parks and the Seattle Center, everything is within walking distance. Good place to be if you don't have a car and are willing to walk a bit. The staff is good and maintenance is excellent.

Great neighborhood! Close to everything, great access to public transportation in any direction. Loads of great restaurants and bars. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
