Hayes is great, but not the best for the money
Living in the Hayes has been great so far, aside from the expensive rent. It's a bummer that utilities or energy are not included in the rent. Neither is internet or parking. Before I got a garage spot, I was on a waiting list because there were not enough parking spots available.

It's very small and everything is within walking distance
Fremont is a fantastic place to live. There are tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I also feel much safer living here than I did in the University District.
