Full pool and gym

This is a beautiful building, with good amenities, including a pool and full gym. The apartments are nearly soundproof (I'm pretty sure there's a dog next door, but I've never heard it). My unit is updated and beautiful. The area is suburban and fairly safe, and connected to a private park shared by a few condo buildings. The front desk is 24 hours (good for package pickup!). it's always well kept. Unfortunately our windows have been covered for the past few months due to construction, but at least it means the property is being improved...

It's about a 10 minute walk from the Grosvenor metro. Only location downside is that it's not near any bars or restaurants.
